Leopard and Levis

The other weekend Chris and I went to Dreamworld which was awesome, I love scary rides. This is the outfit that I wore. My high waisted vintage Levi denim shorts are great during summer to wear to festivals or to the beach but in winter I like to wear them with stockings underneath because it is colder. Because it is Winter here I also wore a black leather jacket and grey hoody underneath with a black crop top and semi sheer leopard print shirt. Finished with my black patent Docs and a gold cross necklace that I got as a present on my birthday.

Dreaming of Summer

Why does it have to be winter in Australia right now? I'm so sick of seeing all these other bloggers in shorts and having fun out in the sun while I am at home studying (looking at blogs and online shopping), wearing a jumper. Not to mention every American/UK website I go on is just bringing out their summer lines. 

So if it was summer in Australia, this is what I would be wearing right now, and every day. 

It is the perfect white summer dress.

Spellbound

Pamela Love's Fall 2011 collection is full amazing statement pieces with rough cut crystals and unpolished stones, with a supernatural vibe to it, using pentagrams symbols and moons and stars. 

These pieces are gorgeous, but if you want a solution that won't hurt your bank balance, she has also just done a collaboration with Topshop!

Harbor Town

On the weekend I went to Harbor Town on the Gold Coast which is like a outlet shopping centre. I picked up some awesome bargains, a pair of Mimco white leather sandals reduced from $200 to $20 and two amazing sheer 100% silk tanks from Lisa Ho reduced from $269 each to $35 then a further 20% off so I got both for $56!! One is a dusty pink colour and the other a camel/tan. Didn't have time to take any photos while we were out and I went straight to dinner afterwards so I took these when I got home. The jacket I got from a vintage store in Byron Bay and it has these gorgeous golds and metallics.

Bodycon shorts

So bodycon has been in for a while now, but usually dresses and skirts. I was on the topshop website today and I came across these bodycon shorts by Been by D'Heygere. Not so sure if this is going to be a massive hit, not sure if I would ever wear them, but I like the prints. The first is pineapple, the second is kiwi.
