I love everything in this shoot.

United Against Malaria

I bought this beaded bracelet for United Against Malaria.
It's for a good cause, but cute as well.

Summer

I love white dresses, especially in summer.
This is my favourite new one, its so lightweight and you can wear it either with the lace up at the back or front.
The big turquoise and silver ring was a gift from my mum for christmas.

Little Doe

Little Doe make amazing headpieces using feathers, florals, metals and other materials.
Since it is summer here in Australia I have been thinking about possible headpieces for upcoming music festivals.

Beauty and the Beast

This shoot is over five years old now, but I wanted to include it on here because I think it is so gorgeous, and also Beauty and the Beast was one of my favourite movies as a child.

shopping

So I decided I needed a new ring to replace my Alice in Wonderland ring that I lost.
So I got this one:

I also got magazines and make up while I was there :)

We're all mad here...

I lost my Alice in Wonderland "We're all mad here..." ring    :(
I hate losing things, and now I have no pinky ring.

Lanvin SS 2011 Ad Campaign

More 70's.
Amazing dresses and materials, and I really dig the poses they've got going on in these shots, but the thing I like most about this ad campaign is how they've gone the extra mile with the backdrop and have all the seventies furniture and decor. The animal prints are great, and the contrast between the velour, fur, tile and gold settings.

Topshop SS11 Lookbook

psychedelic, dip dye, snakeskin, seventies.

I wasn't crazy about the 70's comeback at first but I will admit its growing on me.

I love the pastel dip dyed hair in these shots. The cardigan here looks like blankets I have at home that my grandmother knitted, looks comfy. I like the fringe bag and patterned shorts, Mink Pink have a similar stripe patterned pair.

Love the long cape/gown like a dressing gown. Have recently stolen two cotton dressing gowns off my mum which I am trying to incorporate into my everyday wardrobe, a cream and floral one and a batwing light grey one with white flecks.

I definitely enjoy snakeskin.

I want to own this outfit.

Although practically the opposite to the first few looks, I also really like these minimalist black and white outfits. I feel like they are more classic and stylish, easier to wear than the first few looks and the longer flowing cuts are gorgeous.
