Chokers, who would have thought. Everyone remembers the chokers of the 90's, especially the black plastic ones that were made so popular by the Spice Girls, I got one for free with a Smash Hits magazine.
More recently however, shorter necklaces have been making a comeback, from shorter statement neckpieces with leather, feathers and other bling, now to gold, silver and brass metal chokers and neckpieces.
